We're looking for a learning professional who can own programs from analysis through evaluation—and who's ready to leverage AI to do it faster, smarter, and at scale. You'll partner with SMEs across Field Operations, Customer Success, and other business areas to design and develop training that actually changes behavior—not just checks a box. This role reports to the Senior Director of Talent Enablement and is part of a small, high-impact team building Kastle's training infrastructure from the ground up. We're actively integrating AI into our workflows—from content development to learner support—and you'll help shape how that evolves. What Makes This Role Different This is not a content factory. We're building a performance system—with AI as a force multiplier—not a course catalog. That means: Programs over one-off courses — you'll own learning journeys, not just modules Architecture over assets — how it fits together matters as much as how it looks Performance over presentations — we care if people can do the job, not just pass a quiz AI-accelerated, not AI-replaced — you bring the expertise; AI amplifies your output Enablement over training — we're partners to the business, not order takers
