Requirements

• 1–2 years of leasing or sales experience (Property Management preferred) </p>
• Experience with Yardi, OneSite, Entrada, RealPage, or similar platforms is a strong plus </p>
• High school diploma or equivalent required </p>
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills </p>
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail </p>
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast -paced environment </p>
• Proficiency with property management software and willingness to learn new systems </p>
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as business needs require </p>

Responsibilities

• Lease vacant units to qualified prospective residents while meeting or exceeding occupancy goals </p>
• Conduct professional property tours, highlighting features, amenities, and community benefits </p>
• Respond promptly to inquiries and resident concerns with exceptional customer service </p>
• Maintain accurate leasing records, including applications, lease agreements, renewals, and rent payments </p>
• Collaborate with property management teams to ensure a seamless leasing experience </p>
• Monitor market trends and competitive properties to support strong pricing and positioning strategies </p>
