Requirements

- Basic understanding of budgets and financials
Responsibilities
- Responding to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
- Scheduling and conducting apartment tours
- Following up with prospects and managing leasing leads
- Assisting residents with questions, requests, and service needs
- Coordinating maintenance requests and work orders
- Preparing and maintaining resident files and lease documentation
- Supporting occupancy goals and marketing efforts
