About The Position

Overview: We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our team! If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have a passion for sales, and want to grow your career in property management, this is the opportunity for you. What You’ll Do: Greet and qualify prospective residents Conduct property tours and highlight apartment features and benefits Follow up with prospects and work to close leases Process applications and secure deposits in compliance with Fair Housing guidelines Track traffic, guest cards, and leasing activity Assist current residents and ensure excellent customer service Handle service requests and follow up as needed Stay informed on market trends and competitor pricing

Requirements

• 2+ years of leasing, sales, or customer service experience
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
• Basic computer skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Leasing 101 certification within 3 months

Nice To Haves

• Yardi experience preferred
