As a Leasing Consultant, you’ll guide prospective residents through their apartment search, support lease signings and renewals, and help create an exceptional living experience. Service (Maintenance) Team Member Keep our communities running smoothly! In this role, you’ll perform repairs, preventative maintenance, and emergency response while ensuring our buildings remain safe, comfortable, and well-maintained.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service, sales, hospitality, or maintenance experience (role dependent)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A positive attitude and desire to grow
Responsibilities
- Guide prospective residents through their apartment search
- Support lease signings and renewals
- Help create an exceptional living experience
- Perform repairs
- Perform preventative maintenance
- Perform emergency response
- Ensuring our buildings remain safe
