Requirements

• Basic proficiency with email, property management software, and CRM systems

Responsibilities

• Tour apartment homes and the community with prospective residents
• Process rental applications with accuracy
• Prepare move‑in documents and support new resident onboarding
• Provide exceptional service to current and future residents
• Help drive leasing momentum during our lease‑up period
