The Department of Management, Marketing and Business Law of the Judd Leighton School of Business and Economics of Indiana University South Bend invites application for a full-time lecturer position starting August 1, 2026. The teaching load is equivalent to 12 credit hours of undergraduate and graduate coursework each semester (fall and spring). The successful candidate will be expected to teach undergraduate courses in career development, introduction to business, HR, OB, and other management courses as needed. Teaching at the graduate level may involve teaching Communication and/or Leadership. The selected candidate must be prepared to teach face-to-face and online courses, as needed by the department. Some courses taught may be offered in the evenings, off-site, and/or online. Summer teaching is voluntary and compensated separately. Lecturers are expected to participate in service activities to the department, school, campus, or community, such as regularly attending and participating in faculty meetings and serving on relevant committees. This position does not carry any expectations for a research program or publications. All candidates must be eligible to work in the United States as of the position start date.
