Legal Coordinator
About The Position
Legal Coordinator Manage all internal Auto, Property, Cargo, Material Damage claims addressed within our deductible or not reported given very limited liability. Process and ensure all claims are entered into the ATW RMIS system, Riskonnect, within 48 hours once completed incident forms are received. Maintain Riskonnect diary and follow up on all claim for resolution. Enter First Report of Incident for Workers Compensation claims into Riskonnect when received by Safety, HR, or Operations and send modified duty offer letter when required. Manage all requests for COIs in Riskonnect. Provide casualty renewal data reports. Tracking assets enterprise wide. Vehicle registration renewals, titling and title releases/approvals/signatures. Upload ATW drivers into Riskonnect. obtain MVRs, background checks when required, insurance info. CCPA-Compliance: Review/process. Monitor Ryder and Cardinal- Big Tex Transportation Inc as needed for compliance.
