Job Description: Job Duck is seeking a dedicated Intake Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential new clients, ensuring that every inquiry is handled with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy. You will guide individuals through the intake process, support Spanish-speaking contacts, and help transition new matters seamlessly to the legal team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience with intake tasks
- Experience in customer service roles
- Spanish and English proficiency required

Responsibilities
- Support the firm administrator and legal team with intake-related tasks
- Communicate effectively with clients, prospects, and internal team members
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and case management systems
- Triage incoming calls and web submissions to ensure timely and accurate responses
- Request and follow up on client reviews, alerting the marketing team of new feedback
- Provide translation support for Spanish-speaking contacts
- Transition new matters to the legal team once intake is complete
- Guide potential new clients through the intake process, including drafting representation agreements and verifying payments
