What You'll Do as an IT Help Desk Technician: Be the First Line of Support -Serve as the first point of contact for our clients, providing responsive, professional technical support and creating a positive customer experience. Manage Service Requests -Create, organize, and update service tickets while ensuring timely resolution and adherence to service expectations. Collaborate with the Team -Escalate more complex issues to advanced technicians and work closely with your team to deliver seamless support. Communicate with Purpose -Provide clear, professional communication with end users while documenting issues, solutions, and next steps.
