Your Mission in Action The Licensed Child Care Administrator (LCCA) provides strategic oversight to ensure all campus operations, services, and activities meet applicable licensing, certification, accreditation, and contractual requirements. Serving as a proactive compliance leader, the LCCA monitors regulatory trends, identifies operational risk factors, and partners with leadership to prevent deficiencies before they occur. This role works collaboratively with the COO, Operations Director, and program leadership to align policy, practice, staffing, and training with agency standards while promoting a stable, compliant, and youth-centered campus culture. The LCCA supports sustainable program excellence by integrating regulatory awareness into daily operations and long-term planning.
