BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES - LPC/LMFT/LCSW Provide individual direct care to clients ranging from ages 6 to 99 years of age. General Responsibilities: Provides direct counseling services to clients and families - P sychotherapy, Community Psychiatric Support Treatment (CPST) and PSR services to clients. Attends necessary training's and conferences to maintain licensure. Provide crisis intervention sessions to clients if needed Maintains accurate and timely records, including clinical progress notes, according to HCO’s facility policy. Provides positive customer relations in dealing with patients, families, physicians, members of the healthcare team, referral sources, service agencies and others. Ensures high-quality services are being provided to all clients served
