Requirements

Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field
Active, unrestricted Texas LMFT, LCSW, or LPC license
Experience in psychotherapy, counseling, or behavioral health treatment
Ability to maintain professionalism and consistency in a fully remote role
Strong documentation habits and sound clinical decision-making
Comfortable using telehealth technology and EHR systems

Responsibilities

Conduct virtual therapy sessions with adult or adolescent clients, depending on caseload needs
Complete diagnostic and clinical assessments during intake and ongoing care
Build treatment plans that reflect client goals and presenting concerns
Keep documentation current, organized, and compliant
Monitor progress and make clinical adjustments when needed
Address risk concerns using appropriate protocols and documentation
Work collaboratively with the broader care team to support outcomes
