Requirements

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health discipline relevant to licensure
• Active, unrestricted Texas LMFT, LCSW, or LPC license
• At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a remote caseload
• Experience with telehealth or comfort transitioning into virtual care
• Reliable communication and solid documentation performance

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based therapy in a remote care environment
• Complete initial evaluations and ongoing clinical reassessments
• Create and update individualized treatment plans
• Maintain timely session notes and supporting documentation
• Support clients with common behavioral health concerns through consistent follow-up
• Identify cases that require a higher level of care or added support
• Uphold ethical, professional, and regulatory standards in telehealth practice
