Requirements

Active Florida Physical Therapist license (or eligible for licensure)
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate)
Interest in outpatient orthopedics, vestibular therapy, balance training, or sports rehab
Strong communication and patient engagement skills

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive patient evaluations
Design individualized treatment plans
Deliver hands-on outpatient physical therapy services
Educate patients on injury prevention and long-term wellness
Track progress and document efficiently using AI-assisted software
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture
