Requirements
- Active Florida Physical Therapist license (or eligible for licensure)
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate)
- Interest in outpatient orthopedics, vestibular therapy, balance training, or sports rehab
- Strong communication and patient engagement skills
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations
- Design individualized treatment plans
- Deliver hands-on outpatient physical therapy services
- Educate patients on injury prevention and long-term wellness
- Track progress and document efficiently using AI-assisted software
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture
