About The Position

The Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for providing direct health care services to students under the direction of a RN. The Licensed Practical Nurse will administer medication and medical treatment prescribed by the physician. The Licensed Practical Nurse contributes to the nursing assessment by collecting, reporting and recording objective and subjective data in an accurate and timely manner.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• 2+ years’ experience in a relevant area for a total education/experience of 2 years.
• Must be a state of Tennessee Licensed Practical Nurse.

Nice To Haves

• pediatric experience
• community health and/or critical care experience

Responsibilities
