About The Position
Sunrise Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our nursing team on the NOC shift. Requirements
- Current LVN license in good standing
- Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
- Strong assessment skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, calm, and team-oriented approach—especially during overnight hours

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders
- Administer medications and treatments and document care accurately
- Monitor residents throughout the night and promptly report any changes in condition
- Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care
- Support and guide CNAs to maintain safe and effective overnight care
- Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and facility policies
