Requirements
- A current LVN or LPT license in good standing
- Strong clinical skills with a compassionate, resident-centered approach
- A positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment
Responsibilities
- Welcoming new graduates and supporting their transition into senior care
- Communicating clearly and professionally with residents, families, and team members
- Administering medications and documenting care electronically
- Managing acute and chronic resident care needs
- Utilizing critical thinking skills to support quality outcomes
- Leading and supporting CNAs to ensure excellent resident care
