We're seeking a founding Lifecycle Marketing Lead to own and optimize the entire user journey at Phantom, from onboarding to retention and reactivation. You'll design and execute data-driven push notification, email, and in-app messaging campaigns that increase user engagement and revenue, drive feature adoption, and reduce churn.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of experience with a proven ability leading the development of complex lifecycle/CRM programs from strategy-to-execution.
  • Extensive experience building and executing complex CRM campaigns with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Braze and other campaign-building tools.
  • A proven understanding of how to drive lifecycle marketing results in a predominantly B2C setting, with experience working within crypto and FinTech as a big plus.
  • Strong skills in analytic tools and knowledge of experimentation principles.
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing automation/CRM systems, with experience building capabilities to elevate the effectiveness of lifecycle marketing.
  • Strong copywriting skills and creative intuition to support the building of individual campaigns.
  • Expertise in customer segmentation strategies and subscriber management across multiple channels (omni-channel).

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead Phantom’s lifecycle marketing strategy across all channels: push, email, and in-app surfaces. Own the function from end-to-end, defining how we measure success, priorities, and the future roadmap.
  • Own lifecycle marketing key metrics and results, responsible for upwards communication of results to product and growth leadership.
  • Build and execute complex CRM campaigns and automations to drive revenue and user engagement and retention.
  • Drive the lifecycle marketing experimentation roadmap in partnership with Data Science and Product to unlock key opportunities for product growth.
  • Be a key stakeholder of growth across the company, driving the narrative with leadership on the contribution and roadmap for lifecycle initiatives.
  • Partner with Product teams to build out holistic lifecycle strategies and automations for new and existing product lines.
  • Partner with Brand Design and Product Marketing to design thoughtful, branded experiences and content for lifecycle channels.
