Requirements

• Able to swim and willing to learn new skills (no certification required—we’ll train you for free!)
• Friendly, reliable, and ready to work with people of all ages
• A positive attitude and commitment to safety

Responsibilities

• Monitor the pool to ensure safety of all patrons
• Prevent and respond to emergencies
• Provide excellent customer service and support to members
• Promote aquatic safety and education
