About The Position

Ensure guests’ safety and protect lives • Enforce rules and regulations • Recognize and respond effectively when situations arise • Administer first aid and CPR when necessary

Secondary Responsibilities: • Check, record and regulate chlorine/ph and water temperature • Clean drains around pool • Clean and fill baby pool • Check safety equipment to assure it is readily available at all times • Skim pool as necessary • Fill out reports when necessary

Requirements

• Life guarding experience preferred
• Customer service experience preferred
• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Excellent grammar and verbal skills
• Must be able to be assertive
• Current Red Cross Life guarding Certificate or equivalent
• CPR/First Aid Certificate
• Must possess the maturity to respond to situations as they arrive
• Must be friendly, outgoing, self assured and have a positive attitude

Nice To Haves

• Some college preferred
