About The Position

The Day-to-Day: Support senior counsel with strategic defense of litigation matters nationwide, including commercial, consumer protection, ADA, personal injury, and real estate. Assist in responding to information requests, discovery, and pre-litigation filings. Support senior counsel with responses and objections to subpoenas and other legal documents. Assist in developing and implementing compliance frameworks stemming from litigation as needed. Assist with escalated customer complaints. Keep apprised of, and ensure compliance with, newly enacted state and federal laws. Is this you? Juris Doctorate degree or equivalent required. Licensed member in good standing of California bar required. 2+ years of general litigation experience required. Strong grasp of civil procedure. Ability to manage multiple projects at once. A team player and relationship builder, with the ability to adapt in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment. Some travel may be required. Salary Range: ­­$150,000 to $160,000 annually + bonus eligibility + benefits The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Requirements

  • Juris Doctorate degree or equivalent required.
