Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years’ experience in litigation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment and meet all deadlines
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Positive attitude and self-starter

Nice To Haves

Personal injury case management experience
Salesforce experience
Bilingual in Spanish

Responsibilities

Assist attorneys with all aspects of case management, including deadlines, Resolution Disbursal Statements, and recommendations for cost and time
Manage timelines and deadlines for assigned cases
Meet with new and existing clients to discuss case expectations and provide updates
Draft legal documents for attorney review
Draft pleading, motions, and responses
Communicate regularly with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and other case related parties
Communicate effectively with our internal records specialists and investigators to ensure the correct and complete investigative and medical records are obtained in a timely manner
Review cases’ medical records and assemble files
Prepare and submit correspondence
Enter detailed notes and keep cases updated in case management system (CMS)
Redact records
Propound discovery; assist with shell
e-File
Schedule depositions, trials, and hearings; coordinate with client
Trial prep, exhibits, motions, evidence, experts, etc.
