Job Summary We are seeking a Loan Servicing Specialist to coordinate and complete loan servicing actions from the point of request for non-consumer and consumer loans. You will maintain and ensure compliance with all regulations and procedures associated with loan servicing actions. High degree of accountability to ensure the protection of Association assets through the correct development and implementation of loan servicing documents. Once a loan servicing request is received, the teammate is responsible for ensuring proper credit approval is received, drafting and reviewing loan documentation, verifying the Association's collateral position, and filing any necessary documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate loan servicing activities for both consumer and non-consumer loans, from the initial request through completion.
  • Includes prioritizing workloads, ensuring necessary documents are available, partnering with underwriting teams when credit risk analysis is required, verifying interest rates and fees, and confirming compliance with regulations.
  • Review entity and trust documentation, ensure sufficient collateral is in place, initiate and resolve title work, obtain subordinations, and perfect lien positions.
  • Additionally, the role must book servicing actions and update tracking systems, review collateral for release, and monitor ongoing conditions.
  • Coordination and partnership with teammates are also key to enhancing the customer experience.
