As a Lobby Attendant, you’re often the first impression and the lasting memory of a guest’s stay. The spaces you care for our lobbies, hallways, and public areas are where stories begin and connections are made.

Requirements

  • Someone who believes details matter and finds satisfaction in creating welcoming spaces.
  • Friendly and approachable, with a natural ability to make guests feel at ease.
  • Dependable, self-motivated, and able to manage tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Physically able to meet the demands of the role (lifting up to 25 lbs, bending, standing, and walking throughout shift).
  • Flexible to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Able to communicate in basic English; bilingual skills are a plus.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in hospitality or cleaning is preferred—but not required. We welcome those eager to learn.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure lobbies, restrooms, elevators, and all public spaces are spotless, well-maintained, and welcoming at all times.
  • Greet guests warmly when appropriate, offering assistance or directions with genuine courtesy.
  • Anticipate guest needs by keeping public areas stocked with necessary supplies and amenities.
  • Promptly remove trash, spills, and clutter to maintain safety and cleanliness.
  • Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and lost-and-found items accurately and quickly.
  • Follow all sanitation, health, and safety guidelines, including proper use of cleaning products and equipment.
  • Support teammates by assisting with special cleaning projects and cross-department needs.
  • Take pride in personal appearance and contribute to a professional, team-focused environment.
