Logistics Coordinator
About The Position

To build on this team, we are searching for a Logistics Coordinator. This role will work with other team members to perform tasks associated with the shipping and receiving of inbound and outbound products as needed to support engineering & machine build operations. The ideal candidate will have a fundamental understanding of receiving transactions, product allocation and labeling, inventory transactions, and paperwork reconciliation.
Requirements
- Shipping & Receiving Experience (3-5 years preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent certification (Vocational education preferred)
- Valid driver’s license
- HI-Lo trainable
- Attention to detail for receiving and paperwork accuracy
- Proficient in MS office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Ability to keep steady pace while performing daily tasks
- Maintain punctuality in all aspects of work
- Work as part of a team or independently with direction from the Logistics and Operations Manager
Responsibilities
- Support internal teams by providing timely outbound, inbound, and receiving transactions
- Organized work area
- Daily Hi-Lo Driving for loading, unloading, and moving product internally
- Accurate and consistent product labeling
- Maintain and update purchasing and inventory records as needed
- Complete tasks with high attention to detail
- Collaborate interdepartmentally to resolve inventory related issues
