Job purpose This is not a remote position As a Logistics Coordinator you will participate in our extensive training program to become an individual producer on our sales floor. We will teach you about the 3PL industry, help you build a strong network of clients, and provide you with the tools you need to succeed as a salesperson! Upon completion of the training program, we will give you the opportunity to join one of our two Sales teams based on your personal and professional strengths! Once assigned to a team, you will be responsible for prospecting new clients by networking, cold calling, researching, and building rapport. You will also be responsible for selling and honoring the day-to-day commitments of accounts. You will implement and tailor solutions to increase efficiency, add value, and maximize profitability throughout customers’ supply chains. T1 will give you the resources to provide the highest quality service and ensure that the needs of your clients are met on a daily basis.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Customer Service/Sales experience or Project Management experience preferred
  • inside sales background is preferred
