About The Position

The Logistics role is responsible for food and beverage back of house daily operations such as running, stocking, and organizing food and beverage inventory to ensure a stocked and organized environment for food preparation and service. This role plays a key part in maintaining a clean, efficient and friendly food and beverage environment, and requires collaborative team skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older by June 1st, 2026.
  • Must complete the California Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) training and have a valid and current Alcohol Beverage Control (ABC) server ID number.
  • Must have a valid and current Orange County, California Food Handler’s Certification.
  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, multi-tasking and communication skills with a team-focused mindset.
  • Ability to handle team requests accurately and responsibly.
  • Ability to read, understand and follow logistics standards, safety procedures and written instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail and situational awareness, including shifting priorities and monitoring team needs.
  • Ability to solve problems quickly and exercise sound judgment during busy or stressful periods.
  • Effective memory recall for team inventory orders and safety knowledge.
  • Constant walking, standing, reaching, bending and grasping.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with team members and leadership.
  • Ability to remain both stationary and in constant motion for extended periods (walking for most of the shift).
  • Ability to lift, push, pull or carry up to 60 pounds (e.g., kegs, cases of ingredients, boxes, ice buckets, small wares).
  • Ability to use hands and arms for repetitive motions, including twisting, dispensing, pouring and stocking.
  • Ability to work in hot or cold environments depending on logistics position (e.g., outdoor runner, freezers).

Nice To Haves

  • Prior logistics experience in a restaurant, hotel, warehouse or any food service environment is preferred.
  • Prior completion of the California Food and Beverage Allergen training is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Stock, organize and run food and beverage inventory in accordance with standardized procedures and team needs.
  • Put away inventory load(s) during each shift, ensuring safety, organization and functional materials.
  • Take a detailed inventory count of food and beverage items throughout the park.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the outside back of the kitchen, its machines, equipment, carts, pallets, sea containers, food truck, storage racks, small wares, waste areas, boxes, freezers, etc.
  • Stock and replenish inventory including food, beverages, ice, bottled beverages, confectionaries, chemicals, etc.
  • Respond promptly to team requests, inventory emergencies, etc. around the park.
  • Clean areas including walk-in fridges and freezers, sea containers, food truck, outside back of the kitchen, etc.
  • Complete closing duties, including cleaning, sanitizing, restocking, polishing and any checkout procedures.
  • Secure, verify and lock all food and beverage equipment including sea containers, food truck and storage areas.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain workflow and deliver outstanding dishes to our guests.
  • Follow all California health, safety, sanitation, and food handler standards and compliance requirements.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures in alignment with the Orange County Environmental Health standards.
  • Attend team meetings and required training sessions.
  • Complete paperwork including temperature logs, cleaning tasks and daily checklists.
  • Operate certain equipment including Pallet Jack machines, carts, food trucks, sea containers, walk-in fridges, etc.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, leadership and management regarding team needs and concerns.
  • Assist in maintaining inventory and reporting shortages or equipment needs.
  • Ensure back of house areas meet health and safety standards from Orange County Environmental Health.
  • Complete any Barback job responsibilities, if necessary.
  • Support special events, promotions or themed nights as scheduled.
  • Perform other duties or special projects assigned to support business needs.
