ADDA is partnering with a lead IT MSP in the New York area. The Logistics & Procurement Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of hardware purchasing, inventory coordination, and equipment logistics for client deployments and internal needs. This role works closely with the Procurement Manager and technical teams to ensure hardware orders are placed accurately, shipments are received and tracked, and equipment is properly staged and deployed. The Logistics & Procurement Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining organized inventory, coordinating vendor orders, and ensuring equipment moves efficiently through the procurement and delivery process. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in both a warehouse and operational environment, supporting the physical movement of hardware while coordinating purchasing and vendor communication.
