As a Logistics Support , you are responsible for maintaining positive customer relations and play a key role in representing the Wyld brand. This position is a front-facing role that provides direct support to Wyld’s clients and customers. They ensure strong ties with our customers by timely delivering Wyld products, providing excellent customer service, maintaining relationships while at accounts, providing clear communication of account-related items to the sales team when in the field, and being a subject matter expert on company background and providing training on product knowledge. This role must be willing to work a flexible schedule.
