About The Position

SUMMARY Own design, analysis, and optimization of My Zoetis Petcare Rewards (MZR) loyalty tiers and incentives, and lead operational oversight and enforcement of the Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy. Partner with internal teams and vendors to maximize program ROI and ensure compliance. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Design, maintain, and optimize MZR tiers, incentive levels, and qualification criteria aligned to business goals; build financial models for cost, growth, and ROI; conduct annual qualification assessments. Monitor performance and market trends; recommend adjustments to drive engagement and returns; prepare insights for leadership. Maintain and update MAP policy documentation; oversee compliance software; review violations, issue notices, and coordinate escalations; investigate unidentified violators. Generate reporting on MAP violations and enforcement; collaborate closely with Legal on compliance; manage the vendor relationship for MAP software. ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS Reports to: Senior Manager, Companion Animal Pricing and Promotions. Partners: Sales Leadership, Marketing, Finance, Pricing Strategy, Legal, Customer Operations, External Vendors. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or related; MBA preferred. 5+ years in pricing strategy, loyalty design, commercial operations, or related analytics roles; strong financial acumen and program design experience; regulated industry experience preferred. TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS Advanced Excel and financial modeling; experience with BI tools and compliance software; strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management; ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. PHYSICAL SKILLS REQURIEMENTS Office based position Parsippany preferred Hybrid role The US base salary range for this full-time position is $80,000 - $115,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the base pay target range for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
