Requirements
- Active LPN License
- Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to manage and support a team in a fast-paced environment
Nice To Haves
- Prior nursing supervisor / charge nurse experience
- Experience in skilled nursing, rehab, or long-term care
