Work only Saturday & Sunday

Two 12.5-hour shifts

+ 13.5 hours of additional incentive pay EVERY weekend

Requirements

• Active LPN License
• Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to manage and support a team in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Prior nursing supervisor / charge nurse experience (Preferred)
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehab, or long-term care (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead nursing staff (CNA, LPN) during weekend shifts
• Oversee clinical operations, medication administration, and treatments
• Ensure compliance with NYSDOH regulations and facility policies
• Support resident care plans and quality outcomes
• Communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Act as the clinical leader on duty
