As an LPN you provide direct nursing care to our cherished Residents, and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by CNA's. Requirements

  • Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice in Kentucky.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct nursing care to our cherished Residents
  • Supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by CNA's
