Machine Operator – Be Part of Making Snacks People Love Work Location: Van Buren, IN Shifts Available: Day Shift 4:30am - 4:45pm | Night Shift 4:30pm - 4:45am | 2-2-3 Schedule Hourly Pay: $21/hour Who We Are: Machine Operators at Weaver Popcorn Manufacturing are at the heart of what we do. Position Overview: In this role, you’ll help ensure our production lines run safely, smoothly, and meet quality standards. Your day-to-day work may include: Running and monitoring production and packaging machines Adjusting equipment to maintain product quality and efficiency Spotting and resolving issues before they cause downtime Cleaning and caring for equipment and workspaces Completing quality and food safety checks during your shift Communicating clearly with teammates during shift changes No two shifts are exactly the same. You’ll stay engaged and continue learning. What We’re Looking For: No prior experience? No problem. We provide on-the-job training. Requirements

Nice To Haves

  • Manufacturing or food production experience
  • Mechanical skills or interest in troubleshooting equipment
  • Basic computer or data entry knowledge
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a manufacturing or food processing environment preferred.
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic troubleshooting.
  • Ability to read and interpret production schedules, SOPs, and safety documents.
  • Basic math and computer/data entry skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, with focus on quality and accuracy.
