Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks prioritize them effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration and problem solving.
Strong organization skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple changing priorities and ability to work independently.

Nice To Haves

Experience in facilities, fuels, or maintenance field.
Experience with facility management software and tools.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain preventive maintenance schedules.
Review, approve, and properly code invoices.
Assist Technician teams with parts ordering and inventory management.
Manage and prioritize work orders within the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), including assignments to internal Technicians and 3 rd party vendors.
Maintain asset database within CMMS.
Conduct open work order follow up with internal Technicians and 3 rd party vendors.
Create presentations and reports as needed.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
