We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Division Manager to lead and oversee our landscape maintenance, lawn care, irrigation, seasonal cleanups, and snow & ice management operations. This role is responsible for day-to-day operations, crew leadership, client satisfaction, and department performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in lawn care or property maintenance operations
  • 3+ years in a supervisory or management role
  • Strong knowledge of lawn care, landscape maintenance, irrigation, and snow removal
  • Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, seasonal environment
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • MN DOT Medical Card

Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and manage maintenance crews across all service areas
  • Plan and coordinate daily/seasonal schedules, labor, and equipment
  • Ensure safety, quality standards, and DOT compliance
  • Serve as primary contact for maintenance clients; conduct site visits as needed
  • Support contract renewals, change orders, and growth opportunities
  • Monitor field operations and implement improvements
  • Lead snow and ice management operations in winter
  • Manage budgets, equipment maintenance, and resources
  • Maintain an active field presence and lead by example
