About The Position

This role is an important part of the manufacturing process, assisting your maintenance team by entering data, reporting, verifying and storing parts and monitoring usage so that the right parts are on hand when needed.

Requirements

• Computer skills (Gmail, goggle calendar, SAP, MVP, Word and Excel)
• Attention to detail
• Basic Math/Measuring
• Mechanical Aptitude
• Teamwork

Responsibilities

• Perform various clerical duties related to Maintenance
• Entering data, reporting, verifying information
• Receiving, verifying, tracking and entering parts and part costs in SAP
• Completing scheduled part cycle counts, adjusting MVP quantities as needed
• Track repairable spares in MVP and check-in unused parts after a Work Order is completed
• Create parts usage lists
• Assist with maintenance planning and special projects
