Position Summary Maintenance Scheduler for client site in Dayton, Texas. Candidate must have previous experience with SAP. This position is more administrative in nature however does require previous scheduling experience. NOTE: seeking local talent. No Per Diem, No relo.
Requirements
- SAP Hana Experience.
- Adobe DC Distiller.
- Maintenance Scheduling experience.
Responsibilities
- Manages the maintenance workload by scheduling planned jobs through the coordination of resource and equipment availability with consideration for Operation’s priorities.
- Reviews completed work orders to ensure anything that was not 100% done is set up for reschedule.
- Generates 3-month look-ahead to assist Operations in providing scheduling windows for downtime.
- Produces weekly reports necessary for monthly KPI tracking.
- Schedules 3rd party repairs with external vendors for corrective and preventative work.
- Point person for all 3rd party rental needs.
- Maintains maintenance records.
- Creates notifications, closes work orders, requests quotes, and performs other duties as requested by the Manager.
