We have an amazing opportunity for a Eastmont - Maintenance Tech I (Full-Time) to join our team! Starting pay for this position is $24 per hour DOE

Requirements

Must be at least eighteen years of age with the ability to read, write and speak English.
Formal training in vocational school or trade apprenticeship program preferred but not required.
A minimum of 1 years building maintenance work experience.
Completion of a background check.
In some regions, pre-hire process may include physical, TB test, drug screen per state/local guidelines.
Ability to work in different physical positions to complete tasks, while providing a variety of physically demanding maintenance-related tasks inside and outside the building.
Must have good manual dexterity and the ability to work with tools and equipment.
May need to occasionally lift up to 50lbs.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repair on the facility and equipment to include, plumbing, plastering, electrical, carpentry, mechanical, etc., as directed, in accordance with established procedures.
Prepare and organizes materials and equipment before starting a task.
Report equipment/items to supervisor that need repair immediately.
Responds to occasional building emergencies as needed by the supervisor.
Report all incidents/accidents to supervisor.
Perform daily rounds and check of various systems as assigned, including related record keeping.
Other duties as assigned.
