About The Position

Responsible for repair, service and operation of building equipment, building maintenance/repairs. Troubleshoot and repair worn and defective parts on mechanical equipment and refer problems to supervisor for scheduled repair. Inform supervisor and appropriate personnel of problems. Complete other labors as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements
