Week 2: Sunday – Wednesday – Thursday, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM.As the Maintenance Technician, you will perform highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance processes. Requirements

  • Knowledge of and experience reading simple electrical, mechanical and pneumatic drawings
  • Microsoft Office experience

Nice To Haves

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree, specialized vocational training or equivalent education and experience in product maintenance
  • Active Journeyman license
  • 2 years of facility maintenance experience; overhead crane and hoist operations.
  • Experience with tools and equipment used in building maintenance, reconstruction and repair work
  • Experience using drawings, manuals and diagrams to coordinate and complete installation of equipment and components according to specifications
  • Excellent communication skills with managers, employees and vendors while delivering status reports and performing maintenance and repair work, machinery installations or moves

Responsibilities

  • Must be able to work a 12-hour rotating work shift (24/7 shop coverages)
  • Repair and maintain a wide variety of equipment associated with the pack shop
  • Maintain firm knowledge specific SOPs for equipment gauges and controls set by our customer in servicing their equipment.
  • Maintain facilities infrastructure and equipment in various areas, including pit clean outs to prevent plumbing backups and prevent downstream environmental concerns.
  • Assist in the implementation of new processes and equipment as they are brought into the company, as well as rebuilding of equipment safety guards
  • Operations of a walk behind lift to assist in table to floor placement of equipment trays
  • Install and perform components to equipment for secure seals to perform recirculating processes
  • Connect change outs and hose changes when required
  • Ability to maintain coordination for air tool usage for debris retrieval on elevated catwalk.
  • Process products that require testing and mechanical evaluation
  • Complete all cosmetic repairs to restore products to sellable conditions
  • Perform scheduled routine machine maintenance, including disassembling, break down processes that include manual, powered, and hydraulic presses (6 step break down)
  • Complete necessary preventive maintenance in a timely manner; document preventive maintenance, equipment repair, part usages, etc.
