About The Position
Valiant Residential is actively hiring Apartment Maintenance Professionals for multiple communities across Irving, North Dallas, and Lewisville, TX . If you have experience in apartment maintenance, HVAC, make ready, or general property maintenance, we want to meet you!
Requirements
- Experience in apartment maintenance or a trade that requires basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and HVAC.
- Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills in English to effectively interact with team members, residents, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- EPA (refrigerant, transition, and recovery certification).
- Own a basic set of hand tools.
- Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general service requests
- Reliable and safety-focused
- Make Ready candidates should have experience with unit turns, painting, drywall repair, and general punch work.
- Groundskeepers should have experience with property upkeep, curb appeal, and basic maintenance support.

- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
