About The Position

This position is responsible for scheduling, planning, and supervising staff. Fabrication, electrical, communication skills required. Duties often include inspecting facilities, diagnosing issues, implementing preventative maintenance programs, and managing related budgets.

Requirements

High School Diploma
5-7 years of experience in a maintenance related field
1-3 years of Fabrication design and building
3-5 years of Electrical, Welding, Plumbing and General Carpentry Experience
3-5 years of mechanical or automotive repair
Chauffer's License or ability to get to acquire one within a reasonable time frame
DOT Medical Card or ability to acquire one
Acceptable driving record to be accepted and covered under our auto insurance
Pass DOT physical

Responsibilities

Fabrication and welding skills for equipment and taxidermy mounts
Troubleshooting, preventative maintenance and implementing safety
Maintain general facility maintenance, lights, outlets, switches, painting, furnace filters
Perform preventive maintenance on all equipment including boats, trailers, tractors, sprayers
Perform oil changes, grease hinges, change brakes, bearings on trucks and trailers
Maintain all aspects of building and grounds, including deer pens/exterior pens
Assists with new building, renovation/remodeling of all buildings
Snowplowing, generator maintenance
Building security, on-call 24 hours a day 7 days a week as needed to assist Maintenance Manager
Other tasks assigned by manager
