About The Position

Responsible for general maintenance and repair procedures. This includes preventative and repair procedures on buildings and mechanical equipment. Maintain and upkeep of electrical, plumbing and related systems, grounds and landscaping. You will also work as a courier when needed and assist with ordering, stocking and processing supply orders.

Requirements

• Ability to work safely with chemicals/pesticides
• Exposure to weather (Extreme heat, cold, dirt etc.)
• Lift, push, pull and carry 75lbs or more
• Operate standard lawn and office equipment
• Will require frequent travel
• Ability to stand continually for 2 hours
• Dealing with cramped and confined spaces
• Communication and people skills
• Climbing (stairs, ladders, etc.), crawling and crouching
