About The Position

Management Analyst I WHO WE ARE: STAHL Companies provides the Program Management for its Channel of Commercial Technology companies in Government that consist of Small Businesses and New Technology start-ups. STAHL advocates for policies that can improve government services and maintain our government's competitive advantage, by bringing more technology into government programs. STAHL Companies advocates on behalf of our nation's innovative, new technology and small businesses looking to work with the U.S. government. We do this by aligning the voice of our small business members with advocacy for change in federal policy that will make the government market more accessible to small businesses and the commercial technology ecosystem. The Channel's founding Technical Board Members include former government leaders and IT executives passionate about bringing best-of-breed technology to the government. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Management Analyst I to join our team! The Management Analyst is responsible for evaluating organizational structures, operational processes, and management systems to improve efficiency, productivity, and overall effectiveness. This role involves conducting studies and analyses of current business operations, recommending improvements, and developing procedures and documentation that support informed decision-making and streamlined management practices. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Experience in organizational analysis, program evaluation, or management consulting.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills.
Ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in developing reports, documentation, and operational manuals.
Ability to work collaboratively with leadership and diverse teams.

Responsibilities

Conduct organizational studies and evaluations to assess operational effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
Analyze management practices, workflows, and procedures to recommend more efficient processes.
Design and implement systems and procedures that enhance organizational performance.
Perform work simplification and measurement studies to optimize productivity and resource utilization.
Develop and maintain operations and procedures manuals to guide management and staff in executing standardized processes.
Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to organizational performance and operational efficiency.
Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for management based on analytical findings.
Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and operational strategies.
Support program analysis activities to ensure programs align with organizational goals and objectives.
Monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes and recommend further adjustments as necessary.
