About The Position

The Management Analyst I position involves review, examination, and evaluation of organizational structure, administrative policies, and management systems in state departments, agencies, and institutions. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, setting up cellphones, troubleshooting issues, and performing other tasks related to cellphone management. Organize, review, and process financial transactions, including vendor invoices and credit card payments. Conduct research and provide data to analyze trends, statistical and historical information, cost effectiveness, and phone usage.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of the theories, principles, and practices of public administration, organization, workflow, personnel management, and financial procedures.
  • Knowledge of data collection, interpretation methods, and analytical techniques.
  • Knowledge of methods and techniques of analysis, work simplification, and forms and records management.
  • Ability to gather, assemble, calculate, and analyze facts and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Ability to write clearly and effectively.
  • Six (6) years of education, training, and/or experience analyzing, evaluating, and/or developing improvements to organizational and/or managerial systems, programs, and practices.
