About The Position

The Management Analyst III provides advanced analytical, administrative, and financial support focused on contract management and cost control using the eCRAFT system. The successful candidate will analyze program performance data, develop and recommend management policies, and assist leadership with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to support NIWC service contracts. This position is Contingent Upon Contract Award. Work Model: Remote

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Advanced Degree in a business or technical field.
  • Ten (10) or more years’ experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis or financial/cost analysis.
  • Significant experience in U.S. Navy Programs or operations.
  • Five (5) years of experience in defense life-cycle (acquisition) logistics support of electronic systems, including logistics management principles, practices, and processes.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with the eCRAFT system and related financial or data analysis tools.
  • Proficient with integrated logistics systems and contract cost monitoring tools such as eCRAFT.
  • Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment background check and pre-hire drug test.
  • Current active Secret Security Clearance.
  • Valid state Driver’s License with acceptable driving record pertinent to the position.
  • Ability to successfully pass any background checks and/or drug testing required on the contract.
  • U.S. Citizenship.

  • Familiarity with Government Contract & Contracts acquisition management.

Responsibilities

  • Provide program and project management support to Government leadership, including cost, schedule, performance, and risk tracking.
  • Develop, analyze, and maintain program documentation such as plans, briefings, reports, POA&Ms, and metrics in support of PMRs and IPT meetings.
  • Support development and maintenance of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), cost estimates, schedules, and program artifacts.
  • Coordinate data calls, ad hoc reporting, and contract status reporting to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain and manage program data repositories (e.g., SharePoint) to ensure configuration control and data integrity.
  • Assist with continuous process improvement initiatives and documentation standardization.
  • Interface with Government stakeholders, subcontractors, and technical teams to ensure alignment with program objectives.
  • Performs other related work as assigned.
