Job Summary The Manager, Capital Invoice Operations leads a team responsible for executing capital invoicing activities that support construction and network initiatives across the Texas Region. This people leadership role sits at the intersection of finance and operations, ensuring vendor invoices accurately reflect completed work and align with capital forecasts, project timelines, and financial controls. The manager partners closely with Finance and business stakeholders to drive accountability, strengthen operational alignment, and continuously improve invoice management processes. This role is ideal for a collaborative leader who thrives in operational finance environments, enjoys developing teams, and is passionate about delivering disciplined execution against capital plans. This role is in office 4 days a week and 1 day remote.
